# AtlasEye — Network operations and incidents. One console.

Monitor services and devices, investigate security events, manage infrastructure and keep incident evidence in one dedicated AtlasEye installation.

14 days · up to 25 devices · each request reviewed within 48 business hours

## Operational context for technical decisions.

AtlasEye brings monitoring, logs, alerts, incidents and infrastructure management into one web console. Each organisation has its own installation and its own data.

- **Visibility**: Devices, services and availability history, with a live topology map on Pro and Enterprise.
- **Investigation**: Syslog search, security events, alerts and GeoIP context for each source.
- **Operations**: IP address management and Cloudflare DNS, with the nginx Service Manager on Pro and Enterprise.
- **Evidence**: A tamper-evident audit log and NIS2 incident workflows on Pro and Enterprise.

## 1 platform. 4 operational perspectives.

How the capabilities support the daily work of network and security teams. Plan availability is shown beside each item.

### Monitoring: Know what failed, where and when.

Device inventory, service checks and availability history help you locate problems and follow recovery. "Degraded" is reported separately from "down".

- ICMP, SNMP v1/v2c/v3, HTTP, HTTPS and TCP checks
- MikroTik RouterOS, Proxmox VE, node_exporter and cAdvisor collectors
- Fleet SLA report with CSV export and a monthly schedule
- Outage and recovery alerts by e-mail, Telegram or webhook
- Interactive topology with live link status (Pro and Enterprise)

### Security and incidents: Investigate signals and track the incident.

Search syslog, detect suspicious activity and keep a response timeline aligned with the NIS2 Article 23 reporting milestones.

- Syslog over UDP and TCP 514 with full-text search
- Brute-force login and port-scan detection with alerts
- GeoIP map with drill-down by country and ASN
- Incident lifecycle with a timeline (Pro and Enterprise)
- NIS2 deadlines: 24 hours, 72 hours and 30 days (Pro and Enterprise)

### Infrastructure: Manage the services your network depends on.

Review IP addresses, DNS records and nginx configuration from the same operations workspace.

- IPAM with conflict detection and bulk CSV import
- Cloudflare DNS zones, records, snapshots and hygiene checks
- Network tools: ping, traceroute, DNS lookup and port test
- nginx virtual hosts and certificates with safe apply and rollback (Pro and Enterprise)

### Evidence and control: Turn activity into evidence you can review.

Record actions, verify the integrity of the audit chain and prepare information for incident reporting.

- Hash-chained audit log with chain verification (Pro and Enterprise)
- JSON/XML export for the CSIRTs of the 27 EU member states (Pro and Enterprise)
- Roles and per-device permissions (Pro and Enterprise)
- NIS2 Article 21(2) control assessment (Enterprise)

## The same platform, deployed the way you need.

### On your infrastructure

Install AtlasEye on your own Linux x86_64 server with Docker Compose, connected to the internet or on a fully isolated network. Your team operates the installation and keeps the data.

Offline (air-gapped) licensing is part of Enterprise.

### Managed by cdnCore

A dedicated instance for your organisation on cdnCore infrastructure in Portugal, connected to your network through a site-to-site VPN. It is not shared with other customers.

cdnCore operates the instance and its updates.

Both models run the same product. The features available depend on the plan.

## Questions technical buyers ask.

### What is AtlasEye?

AtlasEye is a network operations platform for one organisation. One web console covers device and service monitoring, syslog and security events, alerts and incidents, IP address management, Cloudflare DNS and nginx service management, with optional web analytics. It is built and supplied by cdnCore, Lda., in Portugal.

### Is AtlasEye a shared cloud service?

No. Each organisation gets its own installation. You can run it on your own Linux x86_64 server, connected or fully isolated, or have cdnCore operate a dedicated instance for you in Portugal, connected to your network over a site-to-site VPN.

### What does the free trial include?

The trial lasts 14 days, covers up to 25 devices and enables every module. Each request is reviewed by the team within 48 business hours before the licence is activated.

### Does AtlasEye make my organisation NIS2 compliant?

No tool can do that on its own. AtlasEye supports NIS2 incident work with the Article 23 deadlines (24 hours, 72 hours, 30 days), CSIRT export and a tamper-evident audit log on Pro and Enterprise, and an Article 21(2) control assessment on Enterprise. It is not a certification.

### Which AI model does AtlasEye use?

The one you choose. AI features, available on Pro and Enterprise, connect to a model provider that you configure or to a model you host yourself. No model is bundled, you decide what the AI can see, and AI can be switched off.

### Does AtlasEye run on Kubernetes?

Not today. The supported deployment is Docker Compose on a single x86_64 Linux node, with no geo-redundant high availability.

### Which languages does the product interface support?

Seven: English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, French, Persian and Arabic, with right-to-left layout for Persian and Arabic.
