# Works with the network you already run.

AtlasEye collects from standard protocols and the platforms network teams use every day. This list shows what the current release supports, with the plan named beside anything not in every plan.

## Monitoring and collectors

- **ICMP**: Reachability checks for devices, over IPv4 and IPv6.
- **SNMP v1, v2c and v3**: 64-bit interface counters and LLDP neighbours; discovery over SNMP or SSH.
- **HTTP, HTTPS and TCP**: Service checks, with optional TLS verification and "run now".
- **MikroTik RouterOS API**: Collector for RouterOS devices, and operator-armed blocking of an attacker on the MikroTik firewall.
- **Proxmox VE**: Collector for Proxmox VE hosts.
- **Prometheus node_exporter**: Host metrics, with guided installation over SSH.
- **cAdvisor**: Container monitoring with one-click setup over SSH.

## Logs and security

- **Syslog over UDP and TCP 514**: Full-text search, per-source time zone, clock-skew detection and ingestion rate limits.
- **MaxMind GeoIP**: GeoIP database included, with optional weekly update.

## Notifications

- **E-mail (SMTP)**: Outage and recovery notices in the channel's language.
- **Telegram**: Alerts and recoveries in the same thread.
- **Webhooks**: Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord.
- **Prometheus Alertmanager**: AtlasEye can act as an Alertmanager receiver.

## DNS and identity

- **Cloudflare DNS**: Zones and records, snapshots with diff, BIND import and export, hygiene checks.
- **Cloudflare Turnstile**: Bot protection on the sign-in page.
- **OIDC single sign-on** (Enterprise): Sign in with your identity provider.

## AI and automation interfaces

- **Your own model provider** (Pro and Enterprise): A configurable provider endpoint, including a model you host yourself. No model is bundled.
- **REST API** (Pro and Enterprise): Personal access tokens; Swagger and ReDoc documentation for administrators.
- **Prometheus /metrics**: AtlasEye's own metrics endpoint.
- **Atom and iCalendar**: Status-page incident feed and maintenance calendar.

## Not supported today

- One customer per installation (single-tenant), by design.
- Single node; no geo-redundant high availability.
- Docker Compose is the supported deployment; Kubernetes is not supported.
- x86_64 servers only.
- Two-factor authentication with TOTP only; FIDO2/WebAuthn is not supported.
- No general-purpose workflow or runbook automation engine.
- AI features need a customer-configured model provider or a self-hosted model; no model is bundled.
