1. Who we are
AtlasEye is built and supplied by cdnCore, Lda., a company registered in Portugal with its registered office at CIEC — Centro de Inovação Empresarial da Covilhã, R. António Augusto de Aguiar 60, 6200-053 Covilhã, Portugal.
General enquiries: [email protected]. Telephone: +351 275 959 168. VAT number: PT 518 440 826.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the public website at atlaseye.eu, to the customer portal at portal.atlaseye.eu and to the AtlasEye platform, including operator accounts issued to your organisation.
AtlasEye is supplied in two deployment models. Self-hosted: you install and operate the software on infrastructure you control. Managed by cdnCore: cdnCore operates a dedicated instance for your organisation on its infrastructure in Portugal, connected to your network over a site-to-site VPN. Your order states which model applies.
3. Free trial
Trial requests are made in the customer portal and are reviewed before activation. A trial lasts 14 days, covers up to 25 devices and may be declined or ended early where it is misused.
At the end of the trial the licence stops unless you subscribe to a plan.
4. Accounts and access
Access to the platform is granted to named operators within your organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for actions taken under accounts you administer.
You must tell us without undue delay if you believe an account has been compromised.
5. Licence
Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fees, cdnCore grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use AtlasEye for its internal network operations for the duration of the subscription, within the device limit and modules of your plan.
You may not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer or remove product identifiers, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
6. Responsibilities in each deployment model
Self-hosted: you control the hosts, network paths, backups and access policy for your installation.
Managed by cdnCore: cdnCore operates, updates and backs up the dedicated instance; you remain responsible for your side of the VPN connection, for the accounts you create and for the configuration you choose.
In both models you are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you ingest, including syslog, device inventory and any personal data contained in operational records.
7. Fees, invoicing and renewal
Fees, billing cycle, payment terms and renewal or notice periods are those set out in your order or subscription agreement, which prevails over this section on commercial matters.
Invoices are payable by the due date stated on them. Late payment accrues statutory commercial interest under Portuguese law, and cdnCore may suspend support or access after written notice and a reasonable period to cure.
8. Support and availability
Support is provided through the channels agreed in your order. E-mail is available every day; telephone support runs 09:00 to 18:00, Portugal mainland time.
Response times, and whether telephone support is included, depend on the plan contracted in your order. Response and resolution targets, maintenance windows and any availability commitment for the managed model are those stated in your order.
9. Updates to the software
cdnCore may release updates that improve, add or retire functionality. Where a change materially reduces documented functionality, we will give reasonable notice.
10. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted features use a model provider that you configure, or a model you host yourself. You choose what the AI can see and can switch the features off.
AI outputs are assistance, not determinations of fact. You remain responsible for operational decisions and for your agreement with the model provider you choose. Do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for an action affecting service availability or safety.
11. Intellectual property
cdnCore and its licensors retain all rights in the AtlasEye software, documentation and brand. Your operational data remains yours.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least the care it applies to its own, and use it only to perform under these terms.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
cdnCore warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation, and that support will be provided with the skill and care expected of a competent supplier in this field.
Beyond that warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, the software is supplied as is. cdnCore does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor any particular outcome from AI-assisted features, which are advisory. AtlasEye supports NIS2-related work but does not certify compliance.
Nothing in this section limits the rights that Portuguese law grants you and cannot be excluded by agreement.
14. Limitation of liability
Each party's total liability arising under these terms in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid or payable for the subscription in that period.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss or corruption of data that a party could have avoided through the backup and access controls it is responsible for.
These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law, or either party's liability under data protection law.
15. Term, suspension and termination
These terms run for the subscription period stated in your order and renew as set out there. Either party may terminate at the end of a period by written notice within the notice period stated in the order.
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that is not cured within thirty days of written notice, or on the other party's insolvency. cdnCore may suspend access where continued use presents a security risk or where fees remain unpaid after notice.
On termination the licence ends. In the self-hosted model your data stays in your own installation. In the managed model cdnCore returns or deletes your instance's data, on request, within thirty days.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the account contact and published here with a new effective date.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The courts of the judicial district (comarca) of Castelo Branco, Portugal, which covers Covilhã, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless another venue is agreed in writing in your order.
